JobDone started from a simple frustration: skilled tradespeople — tilers, plumbers, painters, electricians — were spending hours every week writing up job reports, chasing clients for sign-off, and managing piles of photos across their phones. The tools they had were built for office workers, not for someone covered in tile grout at the end of a ten-hour shift.

Our mission is straightforward: every job should be documented in under 2 minutes. Take photos, generate a professional PDF report, share it with the client — done. No templates to fill out, no complicated software to learn, no subscription to justify. Just a clear record of what was done, when, and by whom.

We are a small team with a background in construction and mobile software. We ship fast, listen to tradespeople, and build what actually gets used on site — not in a boardroom. JobDone is free because good tools should not cost money when the work itself already does.
