Data Collection
JobDone collects the following data to provide its service: your account credentials (email address and authentication tokens via Firebase Auth), job details you create (titles, descriptions, client names, locations), photos you capture or import through the app, and PDF reports generated within the app. We do not collect payment information because JobDone is free. We do not collect data about contacts on your device.
Usage
Data you provide is used exclusively to operate the app: generating PDF reports, syncing your jobs across devices, and keeping your account secure. We may use anonymised, aggregated usage statistics (such as which features are most used) to improve the product. We do not use your photos or job content for any purpose other than generating your reports.
Storage
Your data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure (Firebase) in data centres located in the European Union and the United States. Data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher. Photos and reports are stored in Firebase Storage with access restricted to your account.
Third Parties
JobDone uses Firebase (Google LLC) for authentication, database, and file storage. We may use anonymised analytics data (Google Analytics for Firebase) to understand how the app is used. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or job content with any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
Your Rights
Under GDPR and applicable data protection laws, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your account and all associated data, export your data in a portable format, and lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
