By downloading or using JobDone, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the app.

Use of Service

JobDone is designed for professional use by tradespeople and contractors. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

User Obligations

You agree not to misuse JobDone. This includes not uploading harmful, false, or illegal content, not attempting to access systems without authorization, and not using the service to harm others. You must ensure that photos and data you upload relate to genuine work you performed and that client information is handled with appropriate care.

Intellectual Property

The JobDone service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by WeCodeMobile and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create, such as job photos and reports. By using JobDone, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely to provide the service.

Limitation of Liability

JobDone is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeCodeMobile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of JobDone after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, please discontinue using the service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of JobDone shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Poland. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
